I've been wondering if any of my previous podcast work is useful to me now. I'm not sure I know the answer but I do know that I got to talk with some amazing people. My work has included talking about all kinds of recovery, healing from mental health and physical health issues, addressing inequity in systems, and finding out that I don't know much about much the below are links to unscripted discussions. Enjoy!

SHE RECOVERS is a non-profit movement dedicated to redefining recovery, inspiring hope, ending stigma and empowering women in or seeking recovery to increase their recovery capital, heal themselves and help other women to do the same.
The SHE RECOVERS® Podcast is a collection of audio posts, interviews and recorded talks specially curated for our SHE RECOVERS® Community.
We believe we are all recovering from something and on our podcast we examine the healing power of connection and intentional living as well as what happens in our lives when we put down our past stories and pick up our soul’s true purpose.

Now that you know the WHAT, let's talk about the SO WHAT? What did it all mean?
Well, this work meant liberation, access, improved intellectual processing, and increased miindfulness in the present moment. This work taught me to get into the moment and help people tell their story and tell a bit of mine. This work also taught me that everything is temporary and not mine to hold on to.
Which leads me to the right now. Right now, I am in month fifth month of owning and operating my own behavioral health company. New Experiences Counseling and Consultation, LLC has become the culmination of all of my work. I think the podcasts above showed me that I have value to offer int he clinical and the consultiing world. The way that I have been trained to see things, the way my experiences shape my approaches and the kindness of others have given me what I need to leap into this version of myself.
This version of me includes gratitude, mindfulness, creating space, and a willingness to let go of anything that doesn't work or serve me. My goal is have more love not less all of the time.
I have so much gratitude for my mentors - Dr. Bobbi Beale, Dr. Maurie Lung, D.r Anita Tucker, Dr. Lee Gillis, Dr. Michael Gass, Quinn Alexander Fonatine, Jane Katherine Girard...there are so many more! Some fo these folks helped me to see my value, some told me to go back to school, some told me that I needed help. All of them told met he truth when it was hard to hear. I love each one of them for very different reasons.
With love,
Tiffany
